I have traveled all over Skyrim to find the quest that gets rid of the White Gold Concordant. In game it's not possible, the Aldmeri Dominion AKA The Thalmor want the Civil War in Skyrim to continue as it weakens the Empire for future plans Skyrim still being a province of the Empire so your best bet to undermine the Thalmor is to put an end to the Civil War by joining either the Stormclocks in Windhelm or the Imperials in Solitude and following the quest line with the side you've chosen.
While it probably doesn't matter either way, on the scale of future plot speculation , an Imperial victory in the War would mean Skyrim is back under their control but a Stormclock Victory would mean a second enemy to the Thalmor which means a different set of tactics being used against them. Even if in game it was possible for you to blow up the embassy it may just weaken their presence in Skyrim. There is no quest to get rid of the White-Gold Concordat, I believe. Closest thing, IMO, is to win the civil war in favor of the Stormcloaks. Though, gameplay-wise, the random encounters with the Thalmor will still occur. And lore-wise, the White-Gold Concordat would still be in effect in the rest of the Empire.

I hate the Thalmor too, so any way to hurt them, I'll do it. If there were contracts on them, I'd do them instantly. In other words, joining that Dark Brotherhood is supposed to be the most evil thing you could possibly do in Skyrim, so evil that even the doorguard at Sovnguarde almost kicks you out the only reason he wants to kick out the Thief's Guild leader s because you traded your soul and you are the godamn Dragonborn.
That means you never get to kill an evil person and receive a reward. You only get cash for killing nice people, random beggars, merchants etc. I'm pretty sure the only definitely evil persion you kill in the entire quest is Astrid, and that's not really a pleasant experience.
I really wish that Martin Septim or Talos returned from the heavens to rule again in Cyrodill and lead Tamriel into a new golden age, Titus Mede II is not a strong emperor but he is not terrible either, The Empire surely needs an replacement in order to destroy the Thalmor for good. And yet, nobody pays you to kill Braith Next time I kill her, I ought to console in gold. And the whole thing about Sithis and lorkin Is that Sithis is lorkins father. The Empire doesn't immediately get thrown into chaos if the Emperor dies; the Elder Council takes over while they wait to choose a new one.

As apparently he is a thalmor puppet being used to sew chaos in skyrim. I only side with the cloaks because of the fact that I thought the empire were fools in the previous game, add in the talos thing and bam, I would kill them, war or no war.
