Can't believe nobody else has mentioned this before Posted by Stevo on 24 May 16 at Just to add to what other people are saying - it's not just being outdoors - you need to be in front of an open area of land that is large enough for the Dragon to appear on to, so being on a dock, for instance, won't work.
