To pick up your order, please visit the Ugg store from which your purchase was made. When you arrive, call the store and give the employee your name and order number. A member of staff will then come outside with your order. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick-up.
Orders can be retrieved anytime during regular business hours at the store location you selected at checkout. Please call the store when you are on your way to make arrangements for Curbside delivery. This is when an online order is shipped to you same day via Deliv courier service. Eligibility is determined by the zip code of your shipping address. Our store must be within 8 miles of the delivery address to qualify for Same Day Delivery.

However, if you do not pick up your order from the store within the 7 day period, we will cancel your order and it will be refunded to the method of original payment.
